Multicultural Youth Officer (South West)

The New Hope Foundation provides a range of services including casework, community capacity building, recreation programs, home work support groups and settlement support services for the Wyndham area. The youth worker will be engaged in the provision of community development services to young people of refugee and family migrant backgrounds primarily in the City of Wyndham and where necessary in the City of Hobson’s Bay, and shall facilitate young people’s active participation in community life and assist with their development and settlement in Australia.

The worker will maintain close and cooperative working relationships with young people, local service providers and networks.
