Connecting People - Connecting Communities Project - Report

The ‘Connecting People - Connecting Communities Project’ is one of a number of projects funded by the Department of Planning and Community Development under the Volunteers Support Grants. One key strategy of this project was to undertake community consultations with CALD senior volunteers targeting Kingston, Monash and Glen Eira council areas.

The main purpose of this community consultation report is to utilise these findings and recommendations as a platform for action. The report is structured in a reader-friendly format particularly for the Project Background and Methodology.  Key Findings are presented as faithfully as the community verbalised them, followed by a summary of Key Action Areas, Findings Analysis and Recommendations.

I will be very happy to present these findings and learnings to your organisation’s staff members, feel free to let me know when may be suitable. Geraldina can be contacted on: 03 8551 1200.
